Film Summary
Focuses on a family who moved into a converted funeral home that fell under a supernatural attack. It follows Sara and Peter Campbell and their son, Matt who experiences disturbing events, making him thing that there us a malicious force that is attempting to take control of his family. When the home was still a funeral parlour, the original owner’s assistant, Jonah was a gateway for spirits who were seeking to crossover into the physical realm. Jonah returns to unleash horror on Matt and his family. When Sara finds out, she seeks help from priest Popescu to drive the evil out of her son.

I looked at the user ratings on IMDB to find out the target audience of this film. The target audience of IMDB is typically male. Therefore you would most likely have the male audience of the film rating it.
We see from the graph that more males voted on the film but the females under 18 gave the film the highest rating. People under 18 are the films target audience because the film is rated as a 15.
Reviews
Some people on the IMDB website thought that some of the jumpscares weren't relevant and also had no real build up. These people say that audiences begin to loose interest in the film and start to expect all of these scares. However some people thought that because there were unexpected jump scares, it added to the horror aspect of the film.
