Deciding on a name for our short film

 

We thought of different potential film titles for our short film so that we could use. However, first we thought that we should come up with a name for Yusra's character as some paranormal films use the title of the paranormal character as their film title, For example, Anabelle, and there are other films that incorperate a characters name into the title of the film. For example, Rosemary's Baby, and The Exorcism of Emily Rose. Below are the names that we thought of when picking Yusra's character name.

In the end, we decided on Meredith Rosemary, or Amelia Rose. We eventually chose Meredith, but we didn't think that meredith was suitable for the title. This meant that we had to come up with ideas on what we should call our short film. We found that either a horror film has a long title, like a haunting in connecticut, or a horror film has short names like Saw, Sceam or Ouija. We decided that we wanted a shorter name, but we looked at a few longer names. Below are the ideas that we came up with:

We decided as a group that we would pick the name Limbo as it represents hanging in the life in between life and death, and we thought that this could represent Meredith in our short film. As a group, we were all happy with the name so decided on this name.
