Plot

 

A girl is at her new home with her friend who teases her about an old murder that happened in the new house. Finally when the girl leaves, she is the only one at this new house, but there’s a strange silhouette behind her. The girl walks past the living room but turns back when she notices lights dimming, unaware that when she is turning back, she has walked past a shape in the room. She then enters the living room and starts to turn on the light switch, stopping the flickering of the lights. See sees the curtains open, and goes to close them but looks outside and notices a figure in the trees (camera focuses on reflection when all of a sudden, the face is behind her) Girl turns around, but the face is gone. Not believing what she saw, she closes the curtains, leaves the living room, and shuts the lights. The girl heads upstairs, when she is at the top of the stairs, she turns to see a face looming in the darkness coming out of the cupboard at the bottom of the stairs. She panics, running into her room and slamming the door shut. From outside the door, she hears footsteps coming towards her room. The girl runs to her bed, throwing the covers over her head in fear, when she lifts the covers, she sees the door is open. Slowly and nervously, she tries to discreetly get to the cupboard. She enters the cupboard and shuts the door. Through the gap, she can see the creature moving in her room, the creature eye appears through the gap and the girl throws open the cupboard door, and tries to run out the bedroom door which is now shut and locked. The creature is now within touching distance when the door falls open. She runs to all of the rooms in the house, trying to turn on all the lights and open the windows, however, the windows won’t open. After trying to open the last window, the lights start going out room by room, the last light to shut is the room that she is in. A noise is heard when all the lights are shutting in the house but stops when the light is on in the room the girl is in. The only noise now is the noise from the girl. An establishing shot is used when the light goes out in the room that she is in. When all lights are off, the girl uses her phone for light the creature is right in front of her, the light goes out, and a sudden take of breath is heard.
